Just a Minute


For fans of the long-running Radio 4 show, Just a Minute, I hear from my friend, Nicholas Parsons, the show’s chairman, that the new series is currently being recorded and taken out on the road around the UK. Interestingly Just a Minute, which you can tune into via the BBC website began in 1967 and is now in its 41st year. Nicholas proudly tells me that in all that time he’s never missed a show and they’re about to record their 700th show. Now that surely has to be a Guinness World Record?
